If you are ever not satisfied, with either a pre-made product or custom design, simply ship the package back to the return address within 30 days of receiving the product. Strawberry Designs ships packages through UPS Ground, which typically delivers packages between 1 and 5 days after shipment. Your shipping cost will be determined by the total weight of the items in your order. If you would like to eliminate shipping costs and happen to live near the Conroe, TX area, you can pick up your purchase in-person.
