The Answers You Need
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM DESIGNS?
My goal is to make sure that every customer is satisfied with his or her purchase. If you see a design on the website that you like, but it's not in the right color, I can remake any product using your desired brand and color of yarn. This will result in an additional charge in the amount of the desired skein (or skeins) of yarn needed for the design.
Completely custom designs will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a quote will be issued based upon complexity and time needed to complete the project.
For any and all custom design requests, please use the "Contact Us" section to provide me with your information and a brief description of your request.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?
Since Strawberry Designs is a new business, I am working on building a larger inventory. This means that several items could become listed as "out of stock". If you see this message, I am most likely working on replacing that item to refill the stock. Just keep checking the inventory status over the next couple of days.
If the item has not been restocked after 5 days, you can always send me a message through the "Contact Us" section to let me know that you are interested in that design.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At Strawberry Designs, we strive to deliver excellent customer service and quality products. If you are ever not satisfied, with either a pre-made product or custom design, simply ship the package back to the return address within 30 days of receiving the product. Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, it is our hope that you will love our product and want to keep it!
