*WARNING* While you can use these coasters for both cold and hot drinks, DO NOT use them to handle extremely hot items and DO NOT set extremely hot items on them. These cute little coasters are ideal for a glass of iced tea or a cup of coffee, but they WILL melt under the high heat of something from the oven or stove.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Strawberry Designs, we strive to deliver excellent customer service and quality products. If you are ever not satisfied, with either a pre-made product or custom design, simply ship the package back to the return address within 30 days of receiving the product. Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, it is our hope that you will love our product and want to keep it!
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Strawberry Designs ships packages through UPS Ground, which typically delivers packages between 1 and 5 days after shipment. Your shipping cost will be determined by the total weight of the items in your order. If you would like to eliminate shipping costs and happen to live near the Conroe, TX area, you can pick up your purchase in-person.
